Lina joined the Wadi Attir Project in 2016 as director of organization, methods and resource development. The Wadi Attir Project is an initiative of a Bedouin community in the Negev desert, establishing a sustainable farm model that leverages Bedouin traditional values, know-how and experience with The Sustainability Laboratory’s signature approach to development. In 2017 her position expanded to include management of the project’s dairy operation. In February 2018 she was chosen as CEO of the project.
In 2019 Lina joined Maoz Fellows program, which works to build a network of social change leaders from a diverse sectors and communities in Israeli society.
Lina holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering, both from the Sami Shamoon College of Engineering.
